Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials under normal wear, including:

- Diamond or gemstone settings affected by manufacturing defects
If your jewelry experiences a covered issue, our expert jewelers will inspect the piece and, where applicable, repair or replace it at no additional cost.
COMPLIMENTARY INSPECTION
To help maintain your jewelry, we recommend a professional inspection every 6–12 months. Our experts can:

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

- If approved, we’ll provide instructions for securely returning the item.
